Hello and goodbye!

Yes! Hello because my youngest daughter is coming home on Friday after  almost four months of studying in Mexico. Guess what! Her mother is so happy, but not her. She doesn't want to say goodbye to her friends in Mexico.

and goodbye!


My husband left today to go ombord the ship again. I didn't want to say goodbye again, but had too. He will be away at Christmas time and I will be missing him much.

I just had to take a picture of him before he leaves. Hope he forgives me for posting his picture. I just love my Santa Claus.

I made this elephant last week end but......

had to say goodbye to her too because Anna wanted her. She bought it. The profit goes to the activity center for the elderly.


Anyway, I got this Award from I am Talingaw . Wow! Is it my definition? Probably not, but thankful to be recognized.

    Glad your daughter is coming home, but sad for you that your dear husband will be away at Christmas. Congrats on the award. That elephant is very cute.

    Oh Sweet Joy--- I am so sorry that your hubby will be gone again. I would be SO unhappy if George had to leave me for that long... God Bless You.

    BUT- Glad your daughter will be home, even though she will miss her friends in Mexico... Hopefully, she'll get to see them again sometime.

    congrats on your award! My son spent last semester in Mexico too...it was a wonderful experience for him.
    stinks you won't be with your hubby over Christmas..you'll have to make it up some other way..

    Your hubby is such an adorable Santa :) It's a bit sad he wont be around come Christmas but that's okay, I'm sure that because of love, you'll never feel that apart. And you have your lovely daughter to keep you company :)

    Happy that your pretty daughter is coming home but sad that hubby will be away on Christmas! But he's such a handsome Santa, hehe! And the knitted elephant is also super cute!
