When I was a child, I didn't have the opportunity to own a doll or make dresses for a doll.. Now, I am 52 years old and trying to feel what was like to be a little girl who owns a doll and can make dresses for her. So now I am showing to you what I did.
This is the beginning..
taking form
Now, meet my model doll. She is going to be my blogger doll and will be having a new outfit every month:)
I made a hat for her too!
Now, she is ready to celebrate National day celebration here in this month of May!
This was her last month's attire. Do you remember it?
ending this post with my prayer for the day
Falling in love again...
Father God, I thank you for you made me fall in love again,
loving the wisdom from your words.
I love when your words are being shared.
Your teaching and rebuke I desire.
Tasting the sweetness of your words in my mouth is so fascinating.
For understanding them is beyond awesome.
To see the beauty of your creations around me makes me love you even more.
Thank you for your love that surpasses all understanding.
Love that you makes me feel over and over again..

ReplyDeleteThanks Adam:)
DeleteJoy, your dress for the doll made me think of my Grandma who could make anything. It also made me think of the wise hearted women in Exodus who weaved the curtains from goat hair for the tabernacle. Glad I stopped by. Blessings.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Betty. Your comment warmed my heart:)
DeleteWow, I love that dress! It looks so pretty on the doll. Do you make life size versions... in the same model, that would make a very pretty dress.... Have a blessed Sunday.
ReplyDeleteThanks Karen:) No, I not making bigger versions coz I get bored quickly doing big projects:)
