L' Aquarium, Barcelona

In our second day in Barcelona we went to L' Aquarium de Barcelona. It is the largest Mediterranean-themed aquarium in the world. It was amazing to see and learn the characteristics of many different kind of species under the sea. We felt like  children again:)

Watching these amazing creatures that we normally could not see with our eyes reminds we of how great God is, who created these species. I wish I could have them in my own aquarium...if I have one of course:)

Now, let us look at them: Sorry to say, but I don't remember the names. They were to many for my mind to grasp.

Don't eat me. I am a fish with poisonous blood.

Snake or fish?
The ell is a fish that slides through the water like  a snake!

I believe these are eagle rays?

sea horses?

                                                           Colorful pisces

Beauty and the beast?

These looks like humans with hands and feets

This one was watching us all the time:)

More strange species

Sweet and scary?

Well, there are lot more pictures to share, but this entry would be so long, so I say goodbye for now. Hope you enjoyed the sight.

"Thought for the day"

While I know myself as a creation of God, I am also obligated to realize and remember that everyone else and everything else are also God's creation.
