For those who don't know it yet, I am married to a sailor man who is away from home most of the time. And you are right. I am missing him too much.
Anyway, as most of you know, I like making stuff dolls. And that is why I bought this book. How to crochet different kinds of stuff toys.
And to my surprised I found my husband inside....I mean a sailor like stuff doll.
Guess what surprised me even more! He is sitting beside me....I mean with an asian stuff doll. It just like me and my hubby.
Well, it gave me an inspiration to make a copy of my husband:)
Had been making my husband ( the sailor doll) in the last few weeks now so it would be finish as a gift to my husband when he return home. He didn't get his Christmas gift yet because he was not home last Christmas.
I started to crochet the body and filled it with wadding.
the sweater...
At last, you can now say hello to my sailor man:) He is a little bit different from the pattern. More lighter ansd sweeter and has different hair color. But I was satisfied and I hope my husband will like my gift to him. Now, I just have to make him a wife. The asian stuff doll:)
Last, but not the least, I just want to thank these sweet and nice ladies who sent me a greetings.
Monica from" F.L.A.G.

And Leah from " Travel Quest" with this beautiful card with a beautiful message. Thank you so much too.
May God bless you more.
Well, there will be hectic days ahead I believed with work and studying again among other things. So, there will be little time for blogging. But anyway, may each and everyone's life be blessed!
Joy

ReplyDeleteThanks Gracie! Madali lang matuto mag hekle. Just buy the book and follow instructions:) Ikaw pa magaling sa electronics!
ReplyDeleteahehe may konek po ba ang pag hekle sa electronics? lam ko po what you mean, na may patience ako sa mga ganung bagay. siguro pagnagka baby ako't nasa bahay lang pipilitin kong matuto. btw, mas kamukha pala ni hubby mo yung ginawa mo kaysa dun sa libro, can't wait til you create your asian doll, the Joy version :D
