Merry Christmas!

Christmas time is around the corner. One can feel it, smell it and taste this time of the year. Some are happy, others are sad. Some are wishing, others not. What kind of feelings this season brings to you? To me?
As I ponder about it I could not help to think what these two words means to me.  And since this is all about Jesus, the place I can find answer is from the word of God.
So come along and ponder with me:)

                                                                       M: Mercy

                                           E- Eternal life

R- Ransom

R- Refuge

Y- Yoke

C- Christ

H- Happiness

Entertainment!

Hi friends! How are you doing? Very much excited and busy for the coming Christmas?
Anyway, I am also preparing for this joyous season, but sometimes I get so tired and then I just want to be entertained by a book or by watching a film. Yesterday, a young blogger from the Philippines: Fiel- Kun said that this film ( The Christmas shoes) is worth watching. So I search for the film in you tube and there it was. Ready to watch. So I watched the film and cried a lot. But it was a beautiful film anyway.

When we were in Prague last fall, there was no problem to be entertained. The musicians  were everywhere and played their different instruments to entertain and to earn money. Why not? An honest way to earn a living.

I was not sure what kind of instrument this man was using. Do you?

Drummer boy:)

This group  both sung and danced. They were there to show the tourist they tradition. It was very interesting and strange to hear their language. And how about the crowd? We were from different countries and have different languages. I believe it was very strange for others too.

These beautiful ladies showed their national dance. Danced so gracefully!

Those were very entertaining!

How about you?
What kind of entertainment do you like?

Ending this post with a prayer for you and me:

Thankfulness

Thank you Oh God for your words that bring us more closer to you.
Thank you Jesus for making us righteous in God's sight.
Justified by faith.
I pray that we will always be thankful
for all the days that you are giving to us.
To make each day memorable and a blessing.

I pray in Jesus name.
Amen

From London with love!

I had been baking a cake one day when my phone  a gave a beep...then I know I got  message. It was from my youngest daughter who was in London for a weekend tour together with her love. She sent me pictures from there.
They seldom see each other because she study in a place far away from where he is working. But now, they have both Christmas vacation and  nurture their love for each other.

Here are they: My daughter Kamilla and her love Vegard.

Enjoying London's cuisines

London by day

and London by night

I've been dreaming to travel to London one day. Hope my dream will come true!

How about you?

Have you been to London?
